**Joint MSPAS/MPH students must request placements at this site through the Joint MSPAS/MPH
Program. All DO/MPH and PharmD/MPH students are required to contact the program managers directly to request rotations at this site. Requests
must be received 6 months in advance of the student's field study start date.
***Placement recommendations for this site must be also approved by specific Public Health Program faculty in addition to the Field Study Coordinator.
